Utilities

Since 1991 Ideal has supplied products to the utility industry in support of electrical transmission and distribution systems, gas delivery infrastructure and water and sewer systems construction, expansion and maintenance. We have developed the experience and built the capacity needed to deliver product to some of the largest utilities in the region. We work with these utilities through the use of the following buying methods:

We have developed relationships with over two hundred (200) utility material manufacturers. We are able to supply products ranging from pole line hardware to cable and wire, tools and safety equipment, to facility maintenance materials including lamps, gear and other miscellaneous hardware.

Using the latest tools and our expansive resources we are able to handle orders of varying sizes and complexities. We store product dedicated to our client in our more than 30,000 square foot local warehouse. We are able to make deliveries to the utilities’ facility and/or to a designated project site. W e have fork lifts, loading docks, deliver vehicles including flat bed trucks, experienced shipping and receiving personnel and trained customer service representative.
